This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms.
Payment in full must be made prior to
you taking ownership of the dog; payment is in cash, credit
card (master card or visa) or PayPal.
We will not sell to pet store(s), puppy mill(s) or broker(s) or
breeder (s). If unable to care for or keep puppy, contact us
for options on returning the puppy. We also hand deliver
your puppy to you if out of state with additional 100.00 to
550.00 charge to any where in the U.S.A. (airflight cost for
me to deliver your frenchie must made in advance at least
2 weeks to get a better flight price) Amount of Shipping

When hand delivering a frenchie, payment ½ of cost and
delivery charge must be made up front. (Delivery charge
and ½ payment made up front is non-refundable if buyer
changes mind. Second half of cost paid after delivery of
your new Frenchie. If final payment is not made by 16
weeks of age, the deposit will be forfeited by the listed
buyer and the listed French bulldog will be sold to another
buyer. (unless written agreement to change the final
payment due date has been made between the seller and
buyer).
1. Registration paper on puppies sold as pets checked
as Limited Registration in the case of an AKC or CKC
registration. All AKC or CKC registration forms will be
forwarded by mail to purchaser after pedigree papers
are received.
2. The buyer must have the new frenchie examined by
a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery/pick
up. Seller must be informed immediately of the
examination result by email or by fax. The failure of
this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
(additional 1 week can be made for time to schedule
Vet visit, but a stool sample must be taken in within 72
hours for testing, and puppy must remain away from
other dogs till the stool sample is done.).
3. If the examination indicates that at the time of sale,
such animal was unfit for purchase due to illness,
disease, or life altering congenital disorder, you may
return the pet to us for an exchange of equivalent
value, seller is not responsible for vet bills, to have
puppy checked out.

4. French Bulldogss.com guarantees the french
bulldog against fatal viruses for 72hrs. These include,
distemper and parvo and corona.
5. This frenchie is guaranteed until one (1) year after
adoption date for fatal and life altering congenital and
genetic disease which adversely affects the health of
the animal. This includes: Severe Hip dysplasia- which
hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and
requires surgery to correct, Kidney, heart, pancreas,
spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or
altering nature. If the dog dies within this one (1) year
time frame, purchaser will pay to have the dog
autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is genetic or
congenital French Bulldogss.com will replace puppy
but not cover any cost of vet bills.
6. French Bulldogss.com must be notified of the
problem within two (2) business days of the licensed
veterinarian's determination and have two (2) reports
from two (2) different veterinarian 'stating the same
problem and French Bulldogss.com will provide a
replacement puppy or equivalent value with no cash
return. If purchaser decides to keep puppy, purchaser
will provide proof of spay or neutering from
a licensed veterinarian. Purchaser is responsible for
the transportation cost of the replacement puppy.
7. If puppy dies within 1 year of delivery/pick up,
buyer must have an autopsy performed by
a licensed Veterinarian at buyers expense to determine
cause of death. If cause of death is due to problems
existed before time of purchase and after our
veterinarian has examined the puppy, a replacement
puppy will be given. The replacement puppy will be of
the same equal value. A replacement will only take
place if the above puppy has been properly cared
for in buyer possession. Under no circumstances will
a replacement of a dog take place if the above
conditions are not met. The puppy must be returned
within 24hours after which time replacement of puppy
is forfeited.
8. Guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed
to be considered normal: Cherry eye, Entropian,
“loose Hips”, skin allergies , or elongated soft plates.
Only Loose hips, skin allergies, or elongated soft
plates are covered to replace you French Bulldog, if
your puppy dies from it. Cherry eye is not covered
because that is due to environmental factors like not
keeping the toe nails clipped on all pets you own or
from stress.
9. The buyer acknowledges that the French Bulldog
breed does have common health concerns inherent in
this “man made” breed. Theses include, but are not
limited to patellar luxation, elongated soft palate, steno
tic nares, VonWildebrands Disease, Medial entropian,
distichiasis, intervertebral disc abnormalities, and skin
and allergy difficulties. The buyer assumes all
responsibilities and future subsequent treatment for
any and all health problems of this nature discovered
after the initial veterinary exam. At no time will
financial restitution or replacing the said puppy be
made to the buyer for health problems occurred with
their French bulldog. There are disorders that may be
caused by environmental factors, stress at new home,
unsafe living conditions like having to many
pets in one home(more than 4), immunity level, mites,
pneumonia, mange (demodex), skin allergies,
heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, ear
infections allergies, and thyroid dysfunction are not
covered by this guarantee. ***French bulldog is a
companion and should not be left alone for longer than
4 hours, new owner must be able to afford doggie
sitter and understand that leaving your frenchie alone,
causes stress.***
10. French Bulldogss.com will not be responsible for
veterinarian fees or costs. Unidentified in the film
emulsion with: registered name and number, name of
veterinarian or hospital making the film, date of
radiograph taken. Furthermore, the radiograph and
report must meet the OFA’s standard buyer is aware
that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian
and understands that he/she will be responsible for all
payments.

11. There is no guarantee or warranty that the
purchaser will be able to show or breed the
puppy regardless of the show or breeding potentials.
12. This guarantee covers only the original purchaser
and the puppy is not transferable to another owner.
13. Purchaser will keep puppy current on all vet care
including shots, de-worming and heartworm treatment.
The buyer agrees to provide annual vet exams,
including heartworm checks and preventatives, to do
all vaccination yearly. Failure to due so will void all
guarantees. The Buyer further warrant that the puppy
will be kept in appropriate conditions for its health and
welfare. French Bulldogs can not take hot weather
and should not be left out side unattained to,
heatstroke could happen. Please be very careful with
the heat and your bulldog. Also French Bulldogs are
not swimmers and should not be left alone around a
pool by them self. Puppy will be fed a suitable diet for
its age and. Also recommend to include calcium in
your frenchies diet, if you take them off the raw food
diet that I have them on. Raw food diet, multi-vitamin,
added fish oil brewer yeast & garlic vitamin: to diet
provides more nutrition and the French Bulldog is less
likely to have skin problems. Also do not use human
shampoo on your Frenchie, it could take 6 weeks for
the natural oil to return. Always use a shampoo
formulated for dogs with sensitive skin that has
oatmeal in it. Remember to clean the dog/puppy ears
and wrinkle folds around face weekly and clip all pets
toe nails every one-two weeks.
14. In the event of litigation, in connection with this
guarantee, French Bulldogss.com will be paid
reasonable attorney fees by the purchaser. And all
court proceedings must be held in Hot Spring County,
Arkansas, U.S.A. This contract is valid only for the
original purchaser and puppy, it is not transferable.
Registration papers and pedigrees will be sent by
certified U.S. Postal mail. If the papers are lost, the
purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new
papers. However, we will assist you by providing a
copy of these papers.
I, the purchaser of a puppy from French Bulldogss.
com herby acknowledge that I have received a copy of
this document. Purchaser also states that the French
bulldog being purchased is going to the person named
on the contract and that the French Bulldog will not be
resold to a pet store or a broker. Further, I accept the
terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital
or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and I
waive and relinquish any other rights that I might
otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. The
